Paying taxes is required for every business, including those operated online, but the payment of tax is a hotly debated subject in some state legislatures. Internet businesses have largely been exempt from this rule in many states unless they also operate a physical – called “brick and mortar” – location.
I am doing a survey for my thesis and i would like to know your FAQ’s that you have regarding online businesses required so that i can come up with an analysis and present the content here after i get the answers from KRA and other stakeholders?

Can’t help. I work online and don’t want to pay taxes to corrupt politicians. It is impossible to tax us anyway…simply because the employers are not domiciled in Kenya, major transaction facilitators don’t work with third world governments and the fact that when I withdraw my cash, the government can’t know because the bank account is American
On another note, people like you should be shot on sight kupelekea Mucheru kimbelembele yako. Meffi
But there are some deductible expenses like web domain registration, internet fees etc that you can declare and they are allowable deductions ama??Any one with Taxation knowledge please clarify
