Olunga may be headed to Sweden

Gor Mahia striker Michael Olunga is confident that he will ink a contract with Swedish side Djurgarden IF. The towering striker departed for Sweden on Tuesday to open negotiations with the club. Actually Oliech has played at the top for a longer period compared to Mariga. Wanyama is also doing well so far because European leagues are very competitive.

England ni ngumu kupata work permits. Let’s be realistic here. There are other good leagues in Europe for young players kama Eredivisie, Bundesliga, Turkish league etc.

Sweden is a good landing point for Olunga. Let him learn the European game in a low profile league. Two years from now, if he continues to progress, he can go to Germany. Then one day maybe EPL. Remember the chap is going to be 22 this year. He still has time.
