They managed to send their kids (my cousins) abroad. Good move. Employees can’t do everything and they need occassional supervision that isn’t conducted via video call from Australia godammit!

Hio najionea every single day na friends wa mzae. These guys are now retired and spending their evenings teeing off at kitale club but you can tell they miss having their children around in kenya. The moment you join them for a drink, which is like once a month, lazima utapewa some very sensitive financial tasks to carry out for them. Exactly. Hata mimi usually its financial tasks that I help them with hapa na pale. Vitu hawawezi trust workers huko nyumbani and their kids are too busy partying abroad. They have no idea how vulnerable their aging parents are wakiwa huko majuu.

That’s a very good and practical idea; we have always had a property management company and that way no stress . The property managers are strict and will lock houses up and also you dont get familiar with clients. I use property managers for my stuff and my job is to check the accounts.
Always sounds wild but in the long run, it usually pays off.
