Niliwaambia Siri ya kukafunga Kenya ni moja. Once you’ve made 20M cold hard cash (from business, wash wash or wherever), you use about 5M to build a house and the remaining 15M to put up a few rentals. The former makes sure you have permanent accommodation bila landlord anakusumbua and the latter ensures a minimum of 100k in monthly income without fail. That’s enough to sustain your life in this shithole.

Washwash is simply ‘con’ jobs, this guy hapa juu has all the red flags of a con artist…you fish for investment clients, gold/mineral buyers, any client in business then you con them, launder the money so it becomes legit.
