I know of stories where husbands move around and acquire hiv, then infect their wives. When the husband dies the wife gets blamed for infecting the husband which is just victimization and not factual.
So I don’t agree with Kuria. But I’m not disputing politicians bad manners of sleeping around and acquiring diseases
