There are several issues here. The muhindi says he’s not making any money meaning he cannot pay the caller. Pay him for what? Leasing the land? So if he is leasing it means he doesn’t own it.
The arrogance of the muhindi is coming through like a donkeys erection, he’s not even hiding it. He starts with insults and intimidation. This tells me he is used to doing it. Maybe this man’s parents and including him have been subservient to this muhindi to the point the muhindi feels that respecting them is a waste of his time.
The outrage that this audio clip will produce will help this Wafula guy keep his property. Good for him for recording it
I don’t hear any grabbing in the audio, perhaps the story is half told, the fellow simply need to talk to his sister and father, probably there’s something he doesn’t know or he’s jobless and realized he can chase the mhindi away and have it all.
