OGINGA ODINGA WARNED TOM MBOYA BUT MBOYA NEVER LISTENED.
History has it that 1965 The Late Jaramogi Oginga Odinga and Thomas Joseph Mboya had some unfeeling relationship because of their differences in ideologies.
Jaramogi reached out to Mboya and advised him to stop his association with Mzee Jomo Kenyatta.Mboya didn’t welcome such an idea and thought it was out of jealousy that Mzee uttered such words. The rivalry grew between the two until 1969 March when they met at a function in Karachuonyo that Mzee Ochilo opoda Karuath of Kamser( Ochilo Manda manda ok tura)called the two and forced Mboya to apologized.
Mboya did not bend to such instead he brushed it off and said it would make him look like a kid(Nyikwa Ramogi an ok anyal nang’o tiend “ruoth”).Mzee Jaramogi in his closing remarks said" OKEWGI ODHIAMBO SIBUOCHE MILUWO BANG’ GI CHIENG’ MORO BIRO NANG’O REMBI".
The same year July 1969 Thomas Joseph Mboya met his painful death.
