Since TZ is desperately looking for someone to fund their SGR, here is my suggestion, Since our Credit Worth is better than Tanzania’s (We are also designated guarantors), I suggest we take a loan from China. A loan that is equal To TZ’s SGR Budget. Then we loan them the money at an interest rate that’s +10% interest rate on what china will have charged us.
