Nzioka Waita

Regarding the President’s recent appointments, one that has was conspicious was the elevation of Nzioka Waita to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service. The guy just left Safaricom the other day and it seems he is doing well among the powers that be. Most probably he is being prepared to take the role Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service since Kinyua is most likely at that age when he needs to retire.
