Where do you draw the line between nyumba 10 and snooping? There’s this guy kwa plot who’s just odd. His curtains are always drawn shut, his prepaid power meter is at 0 units for about 2 months now, doesn’t talk much just the occasional hi when we bump into each other kwa stairs, his laundry line is forever empty…this guy sure is odd. Do you walk up to such and strike a conversation or talk to other neighbors because I am sure I’m not the only one who has noticed.

Tabia za umama ndio utaacha the guy is probably broke that why meter hiko zero and he keeps his curtains closed because nyumba hiko empty he probably just owns a mattress tu…I was in such a position once when I was very broke nikiwa fresh graduate
