Talked to one deputy director of NYS some weeks ago, and she informed me that their suppliers haven’t been paid in this financial year. Their aie is yet to be released five months down the line, the youths in various camps will have to be let go. Suppliers supply food and the likes.

Don’t worry. Even the current stock of thieves have many people on their side. To many, even here in KTalk, the NYS scandal is but a figment of babuon’s imagination. Many Kenyans are too stupid to victimize anyone.
