We need someone with real guts in charge of devolution as we figure out whether it was such a good idea to have 47 “independent” counties

I am not defending anyone.

But have y’all considered that maybe - just maybe the metallic staircase is still being fabricated and when it is completed, brought and erected appropriately this will all make sense?

@gashwin… Soma hii. Plus who knows if they have different ideas like parachute for aircraft accident related therapies, swimming pool on ground floor for suicidal cases etc… Fellow lister lets give them time, currently we have no news after the no. 2 hustler.

niliona fb majamaa wakisema sometimes this happens in case some heavy equipment that cant be carried up staircases will be installed later. @Luther12 say this isnt true
