This is most guys’ lifestyle including me to some extent, You get up on Monday morning breako mayai 'n chapo maybe , get in your moti or mat, get to jobo sit on your desk for hours, kalunch ni beef na greens zenye zime heatiwa for hours, so basically that’s dead food, with no nutritional value then jioni you pitia by your local unachapa shots kadhaa za Vodka and you eat choma for supper. You repeat this 5 days a week. Weekends ni movies, football more vodka 'n choma. No gym… If this is your lifestyle man in a few years i bet on my bottom $ you will be ridden with lifestyle diseases ( diabetes and the likes), you will need a fork lift to get your ding dong up 'n and you might as well start saying bye to that ding dong coz ile kitambi utakua nayo won’t allow you to see it ever again.
I only take nyama choma, chipo and beer on weekends
Weekdays lunch ni ile ya mjengo (githeri, chapo mix, chapo beans, mukimo etc)
Jioni najipikia ugali greens, githeri ama rice halafu nateremsha na wine
My problem is that I take too much tea hence too much sugar, nimejaribu kuwacha nimeshindwa ![]()

How don’t know how true this - maybe @Luther12 asaide na mashauri. Was taking a protein shake as a supplement. Nikaenda hosi did a urine test wakasema I have a rise in creatinine which apparently is hard on the kidneys. Could the protein powder be contributing to the rise?
