Anyone eating eggs has more than enough omega 3 and other fats. Also note that omega 3 is high in oily fish and tilapia is not oily and has very little omega fats. Hata omena is very low in omega fats.

Beef and mutton are better sources of omega proteins than tilapia ya Jaruo. Meaning that Maasai and Samburu should perform better in STEM but they don’t.
