numbness on shoulder and knee

I’ve been having this unusual dull numbness on the left shoulder, at times it goes all the way to the knee, like right now, thought it’s could be the sleeping posture, or this odd spring mattress,

could be an herniated disk pressing on some nerves but please visit your doc and get the proper tests done

Does diabetes cause weight-loss, okay me huwa sio mkubwa but I feel like I need gain more mass in me. This thing bothering me hata kudrive at time inachosha, whole hand feels tired I have to keep stretching out, na I’ve noticed when I stop booze for a week or more it goes away. Maybe shida Iko hapo,
Plus an accident I had earlier this year, only did a CT scan Ya kichwa, the knee and shoulder started acting up later.

Go for a proper check up, now that you mention the accident. I’ve been down that road before.
