Nuisance Neighbor

My neighbor always lights a charcoal jiko every evening and places it near the wall between us. The smoke and fumes get blown by the wind to my back yard and I have to close windows and doors to keep away the carbon monoxide.

What recourse do I have ?

It’s CO(Carbon 2 oxide), whatever you’ve termed is so basic-not beyond class 8!

I rem when i was living in eastlands , i had a neiba who stayed lived in a 20K apartment but used the stove… that thing used to produce plumes of nasty smoke when extinguished… and the baga of a woman used to put it out in the balcony. I complained to the mokoriono hadi nikachoka, i had to move out.

In rental spaces sometimes it’s easier to just move out.
Am wondering there’s legal recourse.

Watu wa kutumia stove inafaa tuishi nyumba ya how much?

Huezi nisumbua na moshi naeka pili pili za 10.Tunalia zote

Are you saying unaweza ishi kilimani na utumie kuni kwa nyumba… fanya upgrade ya ubongo.

Huyo neighbour wako wa kulipa 20k alikua anaishi kilimani?

Guys, let’s not digress please. I would appreciate some relevant feedback to my initial enquiry.

Yeah.

Umemuongelesha kwanza akakataa ama umekujia legal advice. Kama ni mbaya sana hivyo ongea na wenye nyumba,if ni zenyu za kununua, ongea na NEMA watakusaidia kiasi, waambie watoto wanalia

Why use stove when gas is cheaper, cleaner, safer, faster, lasts longer and is more convenient?

Kwani kila saa upepo huelekea kwako? The problem here is the wind, not your neighbour

Not everyone wants to live a cheap life

Did you even understand that question before you rushed to demonstrate your low IQ?

Very true…I asked a cousin of mine the same question but dude insisted stove is cheaper for him…hata makaa naona ikiwa more expensive than gas

kwanza @Moshi ya stove huumiza mtu macho

You just require to understand the wind, not the question.

Then billionaires need to start using charcoal not the cheap stuff in the name of LPG

Thanks for that.
Yes I spoke with them already. I’ll continue to monitor the situation and if it persists then NEMA will be the way to go.
