I don’t think bonobos understand the true cost of corruption. That single accident killed or paralyzed several breadwinners, consigning their dependants to a life of poverty. In most cases, the driver of a PSV is fatigued and over speeding while over taking carelessly. Also, most PSV vehicle are ticking time-bombs since the owners skip maintenance or they resort to cheap low quality options to save money.
