National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has launched a manhunt for a man captured hanging on a driving car door in a viral Tiktok video.
The video also shared on Twitter, shows the man showing off his ‘driving prowess’ in a reckless and dangerous stunt that the State’s authority has condemned.
NTSA is now calling on the public to help trace the driver.
