Somebody tell me why am being tossed back and forth by these maafakas at Times Tower and NTSA.
Tried renewing online, records not found. I called n was directed to Times Tower, on contacting Times Tower they threw the ball back to NTSA saying all licencing services have been transferred to NTSA. Contacted NTSA tena and they told me I need to first go amend my records at Times Tower.
Who is fooling who here now.

I got it through the Driving School
The answer should be you got it after undergoing a test from the relevant authority
Yea, i went thru training for 3 months, passed the test after kutukanwa na hao karao, n picked the licence from the driving school after 3 weeks.

I dont see how it could be fake if you got your interim from police and presented it to kra for a real one. you must be the records.

Normally, our whole class had them processed by the Driving School, so i dont understand how others got theirs, genuine ones

Go to a Huduma Center. I was unable to renew mine online last year but when i went to Huduma center, it was done hapo hapo.
I went to the one in Makadara, next to the Law Courts. There is a counter for DL renewal, paid there, was given the signed and stamped sticker plus ETR receipt.
Had the same problem last month. Enda Times Tower counter 25, be prepared to queue for like an hour or so. Took me 2 days to get mine sorted out. Day one: queued for like 1 hr then i noticed the queue was at a standstill, so i ask the security guy and he tells me the system has broken down. Day two: at the queue by 10am, 11am they take my license, get busy on a computer and tell me to wait in a certain area where i find another 20 guys waiting. Every 20 mins about 5 names are called given their DLs and told to go to cyber cafe. Around 12.30pm my name is finally called and given my DL. Beba both Nation na Standard and the new Treetop juice ya 1 litre. And if you notice like the queue is not moving talk to the security guy.
