Upon further review, noted idiot Joseph Biden cannot be USA Chief Warlord-elect before Donald Trump concedes defeat.

Everyone knows Donald Trump will not concede defeat, and no one knows Donald Trump will concede defeat.

And Trump is not legally required to concede. Just like he wasnt required to publicly submit his taxes. As a matter of fact, he won’t be the first US president to decline.
