There is a gated estate I visited at Spring Valley and everyone is an Indian or Mzungu there. The only African I saw was the "soldier"kwa entrance, and myself. Honestly, I felt like I was in a foreign first-world country and I kid you not. The kind of lifestyles those gated estates hide, you will be surprised by the opulence. I was particularly impressed by the outdoor kitchen concept, neat lawns, no fences/walls inside the estate, communal basketball court and landscaping.
