Not feeling well

I have been unwell for sometime. The doc gave me some strong meds on monday and warned me about it. I was informed to eat a lot and avoid some acidic foods and spices. I should eat atleast 5 times a day to get the energy. sasa leo morning madawa zilinilemea. I was so weak, I couldnt even type. I bought some lucozade and been taking it the whole afternoon. Honestly, It has really helped me to regain some energy.
my question is can I mix the lucozade with glucose? or maybe mix with water? the normal glucose given to kids. I want to know if it has any health benefits.

Force yourself to eat. That’s should be your main agenda. Kama hauna appetite make some porridge and marsh avocado ndani and take it. U are weak kwasababu haukuli wewe and the medicine is taking a toll of u.

quick recovery @Lola- lucozade ama glucose is good when you feel weak coz it gives your body some instant energy but it shouldnt be substituted for food. if you can get someone to cook for you it can be really good. and porridge is also good

Take that porridge and force yrself to. Sip by sip mdogo mdogo…jilalishe pale kwa sofa.jifunike duvet…wakisha tv and kunywa uji mdogo. U won’t even notice uki regain nguvu
