The real reasons Putin is in North Korea …

  • a supply of War Material since his factories can’t import raw materials because of sanctions.
  • less than 6 countries he can safely visit because of an ICC bounty on his neck.
  • a market for Russian Goods due to the Embargo.
  • a source for cannon Fodder for his Ukraine War - Kim has no problem supplying him with Manpower if the price is right …

We have seen the brits lusting after the vast mineral resources of russia. @Simiyu22 sanctions were to have started biting in august 2022 but they cannot and they will never because you cant sanction a country that is mostly self sufficient in natural resources.
