WSR for the longest time has always expressed his respect for his boss. Even when the rift was beginning to be so obvious to everyone. He still clung on and the more he clung, the more Uhuru kicked his gonads. He still attends sherehes even when he knows he will be getting a mauling all master minded by Murathe the witchdoctor.
One thing tho underestimate his current move on this BBI ride at your own peril. He is one smart mofo and has been in the game for a v long time. Think about where he started kule 92…who is still standing? who?
Time will tell.
He has alot to gain by supporting BBI.
Yep he does. And some of us have never fully accepted that all was lost between them after all they have been through. May sound simplistic but the recent private meetings with the church elders and the UhuruRuto one might bear some fruits.
Our politics is a maze but with time we shall know…
Hehehehe
Once DP Uncle Ruto views on behalf of Hustlers were incorporated then its was time for a tactical retreat. Those changes were drafted after UhuRuto meeting and sent directly to government press. The hardcopies were sent to KICC just a few minutes to the start of the signature launch. Nobody bothered to read them until after the event. Thats when RAT and his minions were informed that this is now BBI version no 3 and counting.
There is one thing President Uhuru doesn’t want and its RAT main aim in this. A “YES” vs “NO” referendum so that we can have another round of his “us” vs “them”. President Uhuru is also trying to avoid a costly excise as our Treasury is broke. DP Uncle Ruto wants win-win and doesn’t want a contest. Once its a contest then President Uhuru has to pour billions to RAT for campaigns. Already they are a least five groups formed awaiting a windfall for referendum campaign. A no contest event means no campaign budget. This is why since yesterday RAT and minions are trying to force DP Uncle Ruto not to agree to BBI 3 and lead No referendum by force. Without him against, then hakuna budget ya campaign.
There is still room for version 4-5-6. It all depends on people on the grassroots and the noise you make. BBI 3 was because of NIS candid advise to President Uhuru that BBI 2 was very unfavourable at 19% only. He had to act and that meant to reach the people DP Uncle Ruto had to be called in. Now let’s await Churches take as well then activists and finally the people.
Lastly as RAT will be moving campaigning on this red herring BBI, DP Uncle Ruto can continue with his economic empowerment rallies at the counties. Tutaona gani itakubaliwa. There is something else ongoing but I will not mention that now. Wacha RAT achezewe akili and his minions. They will learn this too late.

He is not smart he is a thief and a killer. Now he has openly supported what other thieves and killers support and you want to give him excuses. The only 92 people left are the most brutal and the ones who stole the most
The only people who are being played are Kenyans. Uhuru Ruto Raila are together and probably approved this long message
Ya
2005 constitutional referendum
During the drafting of the constitution there were disagreements over how much power should be vested in the President, with many believing Kibaki was attempting to garner dictatorial powers. In previous drafts, those who feared a concentration of power in the president added provisions for European-style power-sharing between the President and Prime Minister. However, the final draft of the constitution retained sweeping powers for the Head of State.
The referendum divided the ruling National Rainbow Coalition into camps for and against the proposal, as well as spurring violence between Orange and Banana supporters; nine people died during the campaign period spread over several months, but the process itself was peaceful.
Because Kibaki so vigorously promoted the new constitution and based his election campaign around it, many voters used the referendum merely as means to voice their approval or disapproval of the Kibaki government
Sijasoma sana but nitasema. He needs to get an editor.

mtaambia watu nini? only permanent enemies in kenya are the minions, in politics interests comes first.
premium tears loading for some quarters.
is rao being played or it’s Kenyans being taken for a ride?
if they’ve agreed, what’s the point of a referendum? they could as well save Kenya that money and use parliament route. they should now rally their troupes in parliament to achieve the 2/3 numbers to amend the constitution…
Its the Kenyans who are always being taken for a ride. I think they have to do a referendum though am not sure what the constitution says
You never mince your words, but you are correct,
They are trying to make it a WIN-WIN which might not need referendum.I hope am right
I think if they could pass it without a referendum they would have already done it
Some ignorant Kenyans will be celebrating that they will be getting more mpigs in their county when the BBI passes. They forget that MPigs do nothing for the people. If Nairobi, Kiambu people were clever they could have demanded for more senate seats to match the number of residents because it is the senate that decides the county funds allocation formula. One man one shiling one vote doesn’t mean a thing in parliament. It means a lot in senate because senate oversees the counties.
just read any changes to executive structure needs referendum,so it’s a must, hizo zingine they can pass via parliament if they want.
