The court had affirmed that the IEBC did have the prerogative to single source if the circumstances warranted it. Remember they only faulted IEBC for not consulting ‘Dodo’ and the other guys, which is what they did on Monday. All they have to do now is pick a printer and I believe they can even go back to Al… if they so choose.
