I’m not a lawyer but won’t this be self defeating, will the case reach its logical conclusion, isn’t inadequate representation a sure way for the suspects to appeal or even if representation is afforded, could there be a mistrial due to the perceived bias and malice by the lawyers and to some extent judges.

neither but impunity connotes the perps did it because they knew nothing would be done because they knew nothing would be done to them; perhaps because the state was behind them…

What makes the lawyers think that the arrested Ap’s are the only ones guilty. Such an operation involves a lot of people and planning. The 3 arrested were the ones manning the police post on the fateful day. Where are the ones who did the kidnapping, the ones who drove the taxi all the way to Limuru? Reports indicate phone signals of two of the victims are being traced to Kawangware and Bungoma. Where are the ones who sent or took the phones to those locations?
