Frogs are reptiles, there temparature flactutates. There cells have that adaptation.

On the contrary their cells are not adapted but rather the chemical produced by the frog itself. These amphibians go through a chain of events similar to trees in the northern hemisphere. The amphibian’s liver converts sugar into glucose(antifreeze properties) from glycogen stored in their liver, released into the bloodstream to all organs and tissues reducing chances of complete dehydration.

The amphibians heart still pumps the glucose even when frozen but eventually stops as well as other organs. Oxygen at this stage is not used and the frog will survive unless the temperatures drop further. Scientific research on going to aid in presevartion of human organs for long periods.

I heard they freeze embryos until they get a womb to place it.

Then they revive it and place it. The embryos develop to normal human beings.
