Most businesses that need these trucks have a lot of tangible assets kwa ground that the banks don’t worry about petty guarantees when it comes to financing the assets. If this deal was on saloon cars targeted at non civil servants at eg Toyota Kenya, I’d agree ni kubaya saidi.
