Nigeria: Muslims murder 42 Christians in farming communities

“More than 50,000 Christians have been killed and millions displaced over the past 20 years.”

The goal of all these attacks is to drive the Christians out altogether and make the area entirely Muslim.

“Militants Kill 42 Christians in Nigeria Farming Communities,” International Christian Concern, May 17, 2023:
5/17/2023 Nigeria (International Christian Concern) — Gunmen wielding AK-47s and machetes killed 42 Christians and burned dozens of houses near Mangu in Nigeria’s Plateau State.
The attackers – suspected to be Fulani militants – raided at least 11 communities from midnight to dawn early Tuesday in Nigeria’ north-central region about 55 miles from the capital, Jos….
Mangu County has faced multiple attacks by the Fulani militants this year. More than 60 Christians were killed in the district after Mutfwang and his Peoples Democratic Party prevailed in the March election….
Mutfwang described the attacks as “ethnic cleansing.” Radical Islamic Fulani militias have targeted the mostly Christian farming communities – more than 50,000 Christians have been killed and millions displaced over the past 20 years. Others say a growing scarcity of farmland for the nomadic Fulani herders contributes to the attacks and conflict….
Witnesses say the Fulani, however, often get a free pass by government and military leaders who are tied to and mostly sympathetic with the Fulani.
Nigeria: Muslims gruesomely murder Christian pastor and 37 others

“Bandits” and “herdsmen” are the Nigerian media’s code for Fulani jihadists, just as the British media uses “Asian grooming gangs” for Muslim rape gangs, and the French media refers to “youths” rather than “jihadis.” Everywhere, the media has agreed that its primary job is to cover for Islam and the crimes committed in its name and in accord with its teachings.
“Bandits Kill Pastor, 37 Others In Nasarawa,” Leadership, May 15, 2023:
The Pastor-in-charge of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Takalafia, Nasarawa State, Rev Daniel Danbeki, and 37 others were gruesomely murdered by the assailants during the attack which lasted from 9 pm on Thursday night till the early hours of Friday.
A mass burial was held on Saturday for no fewer than 38 residents of Takalafia and Gwanja communities in the Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa state who were killed by bandits. The victims of the attack included women and children.
The deputy governor of the state, Emmanuel Akabe, led a government delegation to the mass burial which was conducted amid tears from sympathisers and other members of the communities….
Earlier, the Executive Chairman of Karu LGA, James Thomas, who visited the attacked communities before the mass burial, completely condemned the attack by the herdsmen….
Meanwhile in another post Kenyan Christians are being condemned for not giving people lifts after church

Religion of peace they said. @mayekeke kumanina zenu

The Fulani nomadic pastoralists have got Nigeria in a chockhold. It is basically like a Jihad ongoing in Nigeria. They are conquering land and spreading Islam like it is the 18th century. Nigeria is f**ked for real.

Afadhali Ile dini ya yesu wa tongaren

si watauliwa waishe

Fuck Islam. Fuck that paedophile Muhammad.

nonsense, the christians should arm themselves and stop crying like women all the time

This skirmish is mostly about herders and farmers, religion comes a distant second.

The solution to this nonsense is not anger …
It is military and pacification action …

These types of conflicts are typically funded , supported and encouraged by sponsors with deep pockets and political clout …

So …
The Nigerian Government should identify the individuals concerned ( … whether it is the Governor , Emir , Religious , gang or Tribal Leaders and quietly terminate them …) …

Any terrorist organization , no matter how big and powerful , quickly disintegrates the instant it looses leadership , support and funding …
