Nigeria refused to diversify its economy from oil even with warnings from World bank and IMF. Now that the oil prices have fallen so badly, it is obvious that the Nigerian govt will not be able to pay salaries, to pay debt or to provide services to the people. This is an impending disaster. A revolution could take place there. Now, Kenya is not much better with our govt taking on too much debt, we could easily default. However, with our diversified economy, we could easily restart the economy once Corona pandemic is over.
