~ 93 million registered voters; 176,000 polling stations
~ 18 candidates are vying to take over from Muhammadu Buhari but only 3 have a good chance - Lagos Governor Bola Tinubu, 70, who’s the ruling party’s candidate.

~ Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, 76, who’s main opposition candidate; and Peter Obi, 61, who is popular among the young generation
~ Voting takes place tomorrow, Saturday, between 8am and 2pm

The winner must get the highest number of votes cast nationwide and at least 25% of the vote in no less than 24 of Nigeria’s 36 states. If no decisive winner emerges, two top candidates go for a run-off in 21 days
