Ni pesa hakuna ama?

3 out of 4 of my shops has been under-perfoming of recent,There is usually a lot of business along this time as people parte after parte and break their phhones/devices while drunk. Lakini kazi hazikuji, is anyone else in a different industry suffering? As a top 0.001% earner in my sector in prime locations, with almost zero competition i wonder how the small fundi’s are surviving. This has not only hit my 2 repair shops but a electronics and accessories shop, so both goods and service business, but naona watu kwa bars and clubs kumejaa, so pesa ziko but biashara hakuna

Liquidity ni tight so if your not selling must have staples or escape goods like alcohol brace and adjust accordingly I hope you are conserving cash positions as much as possible you can also venture into training or move higher up in the value chain by sourcing your own stock to reduce expenditures even if revenues stagnate all the best.

Am high in the food chain as I source my own parts from alibaba, I think the solution is to overcharge, over the years I adjusted to a certain kind of lifestyle, and i have no intrest in re-adjusting again.Ata chakula naona watu wanakuja na cereals kutoka ushago lakini walevi ni wengi all bars near me zimejaa 24/7.

Club owners are lucky to sell 10 bottles a day these days.

@fundimnoma hii industry yenu ya kurepair phones has been disrupted. Zamani, for your phone to be repaired, you had to go to a major town. Ata huku mtaani, mostly watu wangeenda tao CBD. Na fundi angelipisha vile anataka. Saa hii the biz is saturated. I cant even count the number of phone repaid shoes hapa mtaani. Kwanza Dama of Mobile Spares has really disrupted that business

Cash flow saa hii Kenya is almost nil. Watu wameingia survival mode. There are a few outliers but that is just it.

I repair all electronics but focus more on phones and laptops, I also take work from other shops because am not a part swapper and fix motherboard defects to give you an idea on my skill level i charge 500 for diagnosis and 3000+ for any motherboard work, but ni ukweli everyone is a fundi now. Am not as big as Dama but i also import my spares.
