Hehehehe, republicans are scared shitless, clinton should appoint judges that are 35-40. But on the flipside, the sitting justices will be encouraged to hold on to their seats till death do them in. They will soon have several senile justices, I’m happy our justices have a retirement age
When the American Constitution was drafted, life expectancy of a Judge was in the mid 60’s, they never envisioned guys hitting 90 yrs and above, and that one reason retirement age was not set.
Where do you guys find time for this shieth?
