Bought this new model juzi and am finding it hard to install and use it kwa Windows 10. Immediately I plug it in the port…it opens a window…with a link. But from there sijui what to do. Does anyone know how to go about it?

Doesn’t help…at all. Even the vendor seemed Idealess akanishow nirudi ataulizia kwa watu wa Saf. Bought it at Tricom.
