I keep saying bado sielewi why Safaricom needs us to leave our details na hao mpesa agents. It really simple, supply agents with special mpesa phones, whenever a transaction is logged, send to the agents phone identity details for comparison with customer’s profered I.D, auto delete this info. from the agents phone. Save the transaction info. in their servers for c.b.k know your customer rules.
