Mnakumbuka thread ya mine ile niliwashow a new trick ya kutengeneza chai, (Mix chocolate and Little coffee), then Mkanishow inaitwa Mocca.
So I have discovered a new way of making something new…
Mix some good ol’chocolate and sugar in a cup.
Pour ice-cold milk like 1/3 of the cup
Mix kiasi and put in in the microwave for exactly 1.20 mins
Then hard boil water in a kettle
As soon as the microwave timer is done remove the tea and mix thoroughly
pour in the steaming hot water from the kettle and mix kiasi
Then, depending on the size of the cup, put in three - four icecubes in the tea
Drink immediately hadi iishe.
This drink is awesome because you will be freezing and burning at the same time and arouses your senses throughout the whole experience.

Thenkiu for that observation. I was going to ask how hot chocolates etc become chai nikawacha. Also why do we have to drink it immediately to arouse some senses? which ones?
