Another white elephant like the Kangundo Road Market.

Past 1st floor, no sane businessman can venture there. Past second floor itakuwa tu stores, and topmost floors will be used for quickies by randy people who dont want to pay for a room

Kwanza quickies . @KenyanMutina can utilise that niche

The highest floors should be the cheapest and the management should make sure each floor sells a certain produc like floor 7 inauza mitumba, gloor 3 vegetables, matoke, potatoes.

Hata eastleigh ni multi storey floor

2+ floors inafaa kuwa storage ya mtu

Yenyewe no trader will want to go beyond ground floor.
