it’s public admin you balance everything that has an impact on people. you saw one commissioner in nyanza railing on politicians for sponsoring the attacks on luos by nandis. politicians protect criminals, sponsor destruction of property and compromise govt workers especially security personel.
That is wrong. I doubt his JD includes anything politics. Public service should not include indulging in politicization of issues.
