Sa leo morning, nkajichochachocha nkaenda kwa meter box. nkaifungua. nikaona neighbour alihama aliacha units 25 hapo kwake. na mimi ni katikati ya mwezi jo na meter ni 1.4 units… nkaendea screwdrive yangu sasa nikuswitch tu hizo cables za red na za black.

kutoa ile case ya plastic, nkaskia huko ndani kumetrip. nkajua nkubaya and it was a very bad idea. stima zangu na za huyo jirani zkalost. Kwa user interface inaread cut off. Sasa i need help juu ka ni reconection fee ntakula ngumu nikilipa.

Tampering with kplc metres is actually an economic crime punishable by at least 7 years in jail and a minimum fine of 1M… .Itabidi uhame tu sasa.
