True but if you consider also how many debts National government pays on behalf of Nairobi County and all counties in the country then the amount goes to negative. In total national government Kshs 150 billion counties debts is being repaid by Treasury currently and spread out in the next few years. Tuseme the ukweli the timing of this noise from gov. Kidero is suspect. He has not done anything of worth and its one year to election. He is making excuses, trying to deflect attention to his many failures. Nairobi County has been getting 15 billion a year as devolved funds and it collects 5 billion a year. Total 20 billion in five years that’s 100 billion. How come then Nairobi is worse of than he found it?
