Nbi. Forex Bureaux That Accept Old USD Notes??

Hey Talkers,

Any suggestions for forex bureaux in Nairobi that accept USD 100 notes that are older than ‘Series 2006?’

Commercial banks, with their usual upus, won’t accept notes older than 2006.

I have 3 notes that I’d like to convert to KES., for ‘Series 1996,’ Series 1999,’ and for ‘Series 2001’ respectively.
