Whoever amejaribu hii biz or have an idea.
I just wanted some sound advice on this idea plus the steps to take when setting it up.

My Target: 900 Residential houses.

I guess the investment would be massive, plus you need serious bandwidth to satisfy the village. Not forgetting joyriders.

First get the hardware right. Where the bandwidth comes from is likely to change as the market heats up

have you talked to the target consumer? how do they feel?
where are your projections min,normal and optimal(max)?
how much capital will you require?
whose wifi/bandwidth will you be using?
is this idea of yours patentable?
how is the legal frame work around this biz?
will be your wifi be secure? i dont think it is a crime by kenyan law to hack into my neibas wifi,is it?
900 is just one estate,which?
