I remember being beaten as a teen for daring to listen to this devil music in the early 90’s. It was a VHS tape and a relic JVC VCR machine that did a daily lap in several homes in the village. The first Rap music I heard and loved it. My brother was the architect of getting the VHS from Nairobi. He was in patch Nairobi School and this was the hit then. Funny how he knew everything about the Rap culture yet we grew up milking cows in the village. Good memories though.
