I am no genetic expert, but I do recall a conversation that whites and asians are genetically weaker because they interbred with Neanderthals when they migrated from Africa 50,000 years ago.

They weren’t genetically inferior. They were just socially unsophisticated. Kind of like having a race of loners with little social hierarchies. They couldn’t form complex societies with politics, justice, religion, language, etc or if they could, they didn’t transmit very well within their race.

Well you could argue that all isolated organisms are prone to foreign diseases in this case those introduced by migrating humans so I don’t see how that’s relevant.
My point is that Whites and Asians are genetically weaker than Africans because they interbred with neanderthals who were genetically weaker than sapiens. That they are more prone to disease due to this interbreeding is very relevant to that point and very relevant to why sapiens outlived neanderthals.
You could also argue that that’s even less relevant because inspite of their predisposition to diseases, maybe even because of it, they have managed to thrive more, both technologically and socially than we have. However, your premise about genetic weakness is shaky and can’t be relied upon to make your conclusion. If we all lived on the same continent in the same climate maybe you could make a case about that weakness.

I’ve not made a comment on their technological and social advancement. I do not see how that ties in with the argument that they are genetically weaker due to interbreeding with neanderthals that introduced weak genes to their genetic make up. I could see how it ties in with climate as Dr. James Watson once made that argument. That whites are intellectually superior to blacks because they had to adapt to a more challenging climate but that’s a different argument altogether.
The way you use the premise is problematic. For instance why aren’t whites prone to HIV and malaria? Why are there more Asians than Africans despite said weakness? And before you say anything consider a huge part of India and southern Asia where most countries have more than 100 million people has a similar climate to Sub-Saharan africa.
