The last time I checked JKIA was in Machakos County and the MP who should be claiming it’s in his constituency is the Mavoko MP.

Babu Owino is correct in stating that JKIA is in his constituency.In fact, it occupies 35% of Embakasi East.
However, it does not belong to him and he was neither planning to fly or working there.
