Nasa lost the case in the high court and similary the appeal court has upheld the decision that the evidence was not enough to justifiy impromper association of IEBC and Uhuru.
The loss is to Third way alliance not NASA.
In this regard we accept the decision of the court and will inspect the printing of the presidential ballot papers to avoid possible electral malpractice as well as persue other rigging holes before 8/8
