Once you agree to sell your image rights to one party, that party is within their legal rights to sambaza that image to a third party depending on the agreement between party 1 and party 2. Most likely the kikuyu peasant saw a camera and smiled not caring what the image was for and how it will be used afterwards. The holder of the image rights has every right to pass it on to a third party, either for free, for a token, or for monetary benefit.

Lakini funny thing, why is it tumbilidiots complaining of image use while NASA have used many more images than these you chose to highlight and no one else complained?

That photo, going by the daughter’s remarks, is NOT a stock photo. It was taken for a specific purpose.

Na bado, why does NASA have so much plagiarism, manipulation and imitation? Answer: they are never prepared and seem to do everything in haste, impeovising a cobbling up stuff as the need arises.

Tuliambiwa they normally download photos from anywhere on the internet and use them for campaign. Its an accepted industry standard
