Hard reset wont help, still files can be recovered. The only way is to download a firmware of your phone model and use a flashing software to flash the phone completely making it new.
If u can mount internal storage as flash drive format it with dos. 2nd option format add more pic/videos/mp3 reformat again add more stuff to overwrite the original data.
Alternatively kuna apps that claim to securely wipe a device but I donāt trust them.
