Before Charlie Sheen,the eccentric American TV star and genius comic went on The Today Show to talk about his life as a HIV carrier,the rumors swirled across Hollywood and sent shockwaves across the showbiz world.
Tired of living a lie,paying millions of dollars to people to keep his diagnosis private,Charlie,hounded by the media and exasperated by the swindlers,went public about his status,in a move that was dubbed courageous and plausible though,for a man like Charlie,what with his notorious party lifestyle,wasn’t so shocking.
And right after that,we started receiving numerous emails form a ‘trusted media source’ who wanted to have a sit down with us and to open up to us about a local TV star,known for her wold partying ways and expensive lifestyle who is herself also living with the deadly virus.
We didn’t take the emails seriously at first. But the stranger kept writing to us,asking for a sit down and promising us that this would be the story of the year. And after much deliberation, we thought,fine,let’s do this.
We were told of a local TV star who has been living with the virus for quite sometime now. Very few of her colleagues know about her status and also very few of them would dare to public about it.

The woman,in her early thirties,or late twenties,has also famously dated a local TV bad boy,dated a sports personality, dated a local rapper and also dated a flamboyant City tycoon.
The tycoon himself,who is also said to be living with the virus as well,dated this young woman for a period of six months or so,taking her on almost every event in town. Even taking her for a concert featuring a visiting Jamaican singer.
The city tycoon,who also is young and loves the flashy life,is also said to be a huge lover of sports and he took this particular TV girl on many a sporting events and that’s where the TV girl met up with her next man; a popular but withdrawn local sports star who dated her for less than 3 months and kept the relationship very under wraps.
This particular TV girl is still on our screens and has also been a minor actress on a show that used to air on DSTV before it was axed.
The girl,who also has a pretty impressive Instagram following,is said to move from man to man at ease and the source also told us that she’s slept her way to many a privileges across the networks she’s worked for before settling in the one that she currently works for…
We were told that,in 2013,at the height of the electioneering period,she and her crew from her TV station were in Mombasa for the elections coverage and that the stuff that she did in Mombasa,with an assistant producer who now works in Al Jazeera was the talk of the crew for that whole week.

The TV star,who actually has numerously refused to give an interview to Ghafla,after a story we did on her back in 2012 went viral,is said to have gallivanted with the assistant producer,from club to club,always waking up dizzy and hung over, unable to work or report and also was almost always high throughout her stay there.
We’re told that she’d spend all her Per Diem money on the boy,who was earning a significantly lower salary than her,taking him to the beach and resting with him there on a day that she actually was meant to be covering a LIVE show from a Mombasa hotel…Their whirlwind Coastal romance,which showed the entire TV crew,could only be compared to that of Uganda’s Moneyed socialite Latifah Nalukenge’s affair with Bad Black.
We were also told that after they came back to Nairobi,just around the time the elections were supposed to be held,the young man learned of her status and that’s said to be one of the biggest reasons why he left the local channel and found a home in Al Jazeera. No one knows how they’d have sex. Or even if,after all the drinking and debauchery,they even had sex.
And if they did,still no one knows whether they used protection or not and thus,the young man’s status remains unknown.
The TV girl is said to prefer flamboyant men. And almost all of her dates have been tall and really dark men. She is also said to prefer men from the Western and Nyanza parts of Kenya who she has always bragged are not just good in bed but also excellent lovers and can treat a lady real good.
The TV star,whose attitude and diva demands sometimes have put her on loggerheads with most of her colleagues,especially junior colleagues is also said to have been a frequent reveler at some popular club along Baricho Road before a nasty incident involving her and the management back in early 2014 forced her to stop frequenting the club.
The source continued, ‘She’s one of the highest paid employees at the station. In fact, early this year,when she was approached by another local channel,and promised an even fatter paycheck,she had her salary almost doubled and that’s why she didn’t leave. She’s reckless and lives very dangerously… Sometimes showing up to work with a hangover and late. But still, no action is ever taken against her. She’s very popular with her viewers anyway’.

We were told,also,that despite the fact that she knows that she had the virus,her sex life is still very active and very much alive,and that she nowadays is picked by some 50-something year old man in a Black Prado who also drops her in the morning.
The man is said to be one of the Directors of a local turbulent supermarket chain and that he is also married and is definitely having sex with the TV star.
The girl,who prefers black cars,is also said to have been driving a Black SUV as late as March this year before she suddenly stopped coming to work with it and has been seen in different cars since then.
She also is said to live along Muthaiga. Or along Kiambu Road at some estate called Thindigua, a place that, we were told,has become some sort of celebrity neighborhood with quite a number of powerful and influential figures living there.
She frequents some club along Ridgeways on Kiambu Road and people there are said to also find her philandering ways very off-putting.
When drunk,this TV girl,who also has a penchant for hosting house parties,and has a little tattoo on her upper left hand written ‘Trust and Believe’,can be a mess. She is said to become very unruly,stubborn,cursy,worked up and manner less when she’s had one too many.
No one knows for how long she’s been living with the virus but it’s thought that she’s been this way for the last 5 years or so.
Also,there was a huge blog rumor some couple years back that persistently claimed that she was pregnant and that she laughed it off to her office colleagues and friends and after some time,Her baby bump,which had even slightly started showing on screen,disappeared raising huge speculations on whether she’d had an abortion or not.
Still,this girl is said to live a fabulous life… Surrounded by good cars,good men,good wines and definitely some lots of good sex.

It’s not clear whether she’s been spreading this virus intentionally and/or whether she uses protection anytime she has sex (which is a lot) because none of the men she’s dated and daringly slept with (who include politicians and fellow TV hosts and sports stars) has come out to talk about their sex life and how she prefers to be banged.
Well… We will not be revealing her name for obvious reasons but she’s one little vampire you need to seriously watch out on.
This saga is far from over. And if,by reporting about it over and over,will make her come clean and go public,so be it.
You are however not required by any Kenyan-or International-law to publicly reveal your HIV status. Except to those that you love and are having sex with.
