Nakuru High Court grants a father custody of his two underage children in a historic ruling

It’s interesting. If I had custody, the next time their mother would see them is when she is in Heaven.

The only reason he won custody, is she wanted to move them out of the country. Imagine your children moving out of the country, and then consulate denies you a visa to visit them. She will get there, file fictitious charges that you abused them, and you will never be granted a visa to visit. I have seen women do this once they get another man or you remarry.

Here I agree. Typically the spouse moving away is disadvantaged by courts. They are the ones to bear expenses and hardships of the move.

That’s not possible because country of origin is a key determinant in who gets to have my children. If she’s from some racist paradise, she can go hang before she goes to court.
